I missed an installment for my Mr Price account due to financial constraints, however, understandably, there is no excuse. I spoke to a call center agent on 27/01/2014 to attempt to make an arrangement as I do not wish for my credit record to be damaged as a result hereof. She advised that if I pay an installment, together with a certain amount towards the arrears monthly, then it would be acceptable and I would not be listed as a slow payer. However, after I paid the agreed upon amount the call center kept phoning me CONSTANTLY, which I can understand, but every time I answer the line just goes dead. I phoned this morning to report this problem with the phone line and to enquire as to reason for the phone call. The lady advised that I would have to make another payment. I told her that I did not have the means to pay another amount this month, Instead of assisting me to make another arrangement, she just rudely dropped the phone in my ear!
