Edgars cannot supply us with the correct emei num

My mom who is wheelchair bound and has had an Edgars account for as long as I lived bought a cellphone for my dad on the 7/9/2013 and insured t in the store, now the fone is lost and we cannot find the box to and we cannot bkacklist the phone with MTN because Edgars MTN is claiming that the emei number is wrong so it is sending us back to Edgars westgate where the phone was bought. Edgars cannot help us with the correct emei number so all the premiums that where paid from Sept 2013 will go down the drain because of the wrong emei number.

The supplier in question is Edgars westgate in Roodepoort.
I'm sending u an email because the website doesn't give me an option to submit my query.
