I have been trying to register via the Edgars website to view my monthly statements online. After having problems with the registration process I called the Edgars customer care centre. Every agent who answered my call directed me to another centre, after explaining my problem each time. In total I was diverted to 6 departments each with no idea of what the correct number was for the Edgars IT department.
Judging from the number of complaints on Hellopeter, I am not suprised by the highly incompetant Edgars workforce. My only question to the call centre of Edgars is, "DO YOU HAVE AN IT DEPARTMENT? IF NOT, DO NOT SEND ME ON WILD GOOSE CHASE".
I have given up and will close this account immediately!!
