My first complaint was listed September 23rd 2013. Today is October 14th 2013 and guess what???
My query is yet to be resolved. Why? What is so difficult? Clearly Edgars is USELESS

What must I do to get this outstanding matter resolved... I phone get cut off. I phone back. All I get told is that Edgars is sorry for my troubles. But what must I do to get this resolved.
On the 9th I phoned Edgars. After being passed from pillar to post I was assured by your staff that my issue was resolved. Cleary Edgars. Cause I got my account statement now this evening and its NOT RESOLVED.
I am beyond iratated with your attitude and bad service. But I DEMAND I want this resolved. Edgars management better phone me. I will not leave this matter alone
