I bought a lounge suite on the 4th of January 2014 beige in colour for 13000, they said they had the stock and would deliver it the following week. on Friday the next week the delivered a mocca colour, I told them to take it back and redeliver the correct colour, the deliverers tried to convince me to take the mocca ones but I refused. since then there has been np delivery whenever I do an enquiry they tell me they will call me back but they do not. The manager Tshepo Muthelezi does not keep his word. I have asked for a refund and they keep telling me that their system is down. I have been going up and down and making calls with no success. I even went on the beares website to make a complaint they replied some days later and said they would look into it but nothing has been done. They have my money and its losing value.
