Cell phone insurence at edgars a nightmare

On the 05 12 2013 i have lost or my phone was, on the 6th i black listed my phone, i thn went to edgars to report the phone lost with an affidavit and an itc num... they said theyll phone me within 24 hours which edgars hasnt, on next friday i went in, only to find out that my itc num was wrong, i rushed to cellc around the corner, got the correct itc num, edgars said theyll contact me after 5 working days, which they never did..i then went to edgars, on fri the 20 12 2013, to find out, only to be to told that sat which is today that theyll phone me... i kno that the day isnt over as yet but heck wholl phone you on a sat afternoon... so here am i without a phone from the 05 12 2013, till 21 12 2013 and counting... edgars is under written by hollard... reallly really bad service, and to think we are paying all that insurence every month thinking that we are protected, this is a wake up call to my self and country men out there ..HOLLARD HOLLARD, TO ME IS A TOTAL RIP OFF
