I went to purchase a few groceries items at Pick n Pay Wonder Park yesterday 27 February 2014. When I got to the tills, only three were working at the time, we stood in the queue for more than 20 minutes; I decide to Google their contact details and called them around 6:02 pm. I was told to hold on for the manager, when the manager answered, I could hear it was still the same lady. I requested if they could please open more tills to accommodate everybody as we were standing in the queue for a while now. She immediately told me that they are aware of the issue and busy sorting it out; I left Pick n Pay at 6:30 the issue was still not sorted.
I was very frustrated and I left feeling not valued and I decided; that was the last time I have to beg for service that I actual pay for.
