Inside the Pick' n Pay Capricorn park, in full view of all tills, there is a large poster proclaiming something to the effect that if there is more than one person ahead of you in the line at the till then more tills will be opened. However week after week I visit this store hoping for better service but I sit in long queue's often up to 5 deep while tills are not opened. Last night I was there and the were only 3 tills open in total (even the express tills were closed!) and the queues were long! I have approached the manager on this issue before and he once told me that that would pull the poster down, however this has never happened. Pulling down the poster however is not the remedy to the problem, people are waiting in long lines. These words are a disgrace to the store and the name of Pick 'n Pay and I expect more!
This is just the tip of the iceberg as the service and quality of some of the products (meat) leave much to be desired!
