Your Tokai branch had 5 cashiers on at 5:45pm. All these tills had long queues. None of the express tills were open. I was standing in the queue along with many other customers with 3 items for 10 minutes! How ridiculous is that! When I asked the manager what's going on he said its that time of the year where staff don't pitch for work?! Seriously! What happened to contingency plans. Why not get one of the supervisors to get onto a till. Instead you have a manager stuck in the office and not even on the floor to see what's happening. Dissapointed once again!
