We have brought this under the attention of the manager at Montana pick and Pay. That on weekends when he is not on duty, chaos is the order of the day.
There is only 4 tills open on a month end on a Sunday at 10 in the morning. We stood 30 deep at the tills. When wanting to speak to a manager, none was available. more than 40 people just left their purchases after voicing their complaints.
At the wine section, I asked for a box as I was going topurchase24 bottles of wine. A staff member named Milton was packing wine bottles on the shelf. i requested a box to pack the wines. was arrogantly told that Pick and pay does not supply boxes for customers and that I should purchase one somewhere else and then come and purchase my wines. This is conducive of staff a Montana which are not interested in customers.
