This was the last time I will EVER support or shop at any Truworths chain store, I only sent my complaint so that your staff and their poor assisting skills and rude attitudes don't cause you to loose more customers. My Husband and I were suit shopping, none of the shop assistants offered to help, when we got to the fitting room there was no one to assist either, so yet again we helped ourselves. No one minded me being there (referring to other customers) One item did not fit, I left to find a bigger size and asked 'X' to assist, he told me that there weren't anymore of those shirts, upon my return to the fitting room I passed an entire rack/ shelve of these shirts (so he), got the right one and returned to the fitting room where X stormed me and told me I was not allowed to enter, I indicated that I was there the entire time and just wanted to return the correct size shirt to my naked husband, as I did before I could do or say anything else X ripped open the dressing curtain exposing my naked husband for all to see. Embarrassed and furious we left your store - your employee violated our rights as consumers and the store has no notice board that indicates women aren't allowed.
