Card being Declined, Got SMS notification but STIL

On Saturday, 25/01/2014 I went to shop at Spar Brackenfell Paradys Park.

While paying for my groceries the cashier tells me my card has declined but at the same time I get a SMS notification from my bank, I then ask her to call the manager (the cashier mentions to me Standard bank cannot sort out the problem as they have been called out for this problem before, as it happens often! HONESTLY THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM!), Amy then tells me that MY MONIES will be returned within 48HOURS... we are now on the 28/01/2014.

I call Spar this morning and ask to speak to the manager (whom is Amy) she tells me I need to get a bank statement and bring it to her!! I WORK, I really don't have time to get off from work, like it told her!

This is really an inconvenience to me SPAR!! AND it is even more upsetting knowing I now have to upset myself and fight to get my monies back, as your staff just doesn't care, (proven in this situation)!!!

Amy will give me a call... when will this be??? how much longer do I have to wait for MY MONIES??

And to think I still HAD to pay for my groceries AGAIN!!! paying double for everything, yet I only got one of everything... WOW!!!
