Waiting for feedback

On Saturday, 26/01/2013, I made a purchase at spar for R77.71. The cashier put through my purchase using my bank card, however it declined. She put it through for a second time and it did go through. I viewed my online bank statement on 31/01/2013 and noticed that the payment of R77.71 was taken off my account twice. I contacted my bank the next morning and was advised that the payments were successful and that I needed to contact Spar for a refund.
On Friday afternoon I went to Spar and spoke to Barry regarding my refund/credit. He said that I needed to speak to Kelly between 8am-4pm. I advised that I can not take off work to do this. He then asked for my bank statement, till slip and contact details. He said he would sort it out and get back to me. He kept my original slip as their printer was jammed. Today is Wednesday and I have not heard from either Barry or Kelly. I contacted the store numerous times today and left messages for Barry to contact me. He has now apparently left for the day. Please can someone assist with regard to this urgently. I know it's a small amount but these delays are so unnecessary.
