Spar primrose management give pathetic service

I bought spar nappies and when I got home I found that 3 quarters of the packet was unusable. The very same dat I returned to spar and complained. They refused to replace the nappies and told me to call spar customer care which I feel was not my duty to do that as I am the customer and it is spar nappies not those of another retail store. On the 5th august I called the customer call centre and I spoke to Jeanine whom was very polite and professional and informed me that I would receive a voucher to the value of R300 for the inconvenience. I received the voucher and proceeded to Spar in Primrose to use the voucher. The manager at the spar refused to except the voucher and humiliated me by forcefully telling me where did I get the card and he told me there is no monies on the card. I was completely degraded infront of an intire audience by your management. I then called card help line and the lady on the other line asked to speak to the manager and after there discussion he still refused to allow me to use the voucher. I insist that he gives me a formal apology and that this matter is resolved as this is the worst customer service from a management level that I have ever come accros
