Misled and bad services

I went to spar on the 23/02/2013for shopping i swiped with my standard bank card an sms notification came through my phone for the purchase when i was about to sign the slip Lindiwe told me it has declined i asked why because it went through they said i must call the standard bank call centre i told them its not the banks problem as i have swiped the card before on the same day, she then said i should come with the bank statement so they can have proof and give me my goods, i came back with the statement she then said she cant give me my goods we must wait for 24 hours told her i cant wait she then reefed me to Ellen who made a call to their speed point people she spoke to the guy she gave him my bank card and he said the money will be reversed back in 24 hours its been 3 days now and my money is not in my account, i then called the guy from speed point he said he is not sure when will i get my money it can be 7 days or more, now I'm sitting without my goods and without money ..even my husband is experiencing the same problem as the same thing happened to him on the same day .. please treat this as a matter of urgency
