I had the displeasure of trying to purchase goods today using my RCS card. Knowing that PnP use an ID or drivers license to check your card I was more than willing to let them use my license to confirm my card. After completing my transaction at the till I informed the same supervisor who made the call to confirm my card that I was now on my way to their bottle store and asked if she could please inform the cashier at the bottle store that my card had already been confirmed. I walked into the store with her and watched her tell the cashier that my card had been verified and that she could accept my card. I selected my goods and went to pay. After the cashier had rung up all my goods I gave her my card to which she simply said she needs to call her supervisor to confirm the card. I then asked her why as the supervisor had just been there to tell her that the card had already been confirmed. At this point she simply said no and that her supervisor needs to be called. I then took back my card and walked out. I never have any issues at any other store using my RCS card yet at PnP I seem to always have a problem.
