I have given the wrong card to my mother in law and she didnt notice. She went into the EAST RAND MALL branch a week ago and made a payment on my THANK YOU CASH CARD for the amount of R1200.00 card number 6008158160108416 and it should have gone to her account. I have phoned the call centre number on Thursdary 23.01.2014 they told me I must go to the branch. The branch gave me a number 011495600, they cant help and gave me 0114988200 they neather can assist and tell me i have to phone the call centre again. i phoned again the call centre and they told me again i have to go to the branch but also said that the money which was paid doesnt appear on my card ok where is the money. I have the receipt which shows that the amount of R1200.00 was paid as the east rand mall shopping centre and the cashier was Khombisile Ngcobo 2259359... PLEASE SORT THIS OUT AS THE MONEY WAS NOT SUPPOSE TO GO TO THE CASH CARD BUT TO MY MOTHER IN LAW'S ACCOUNT CARD!!! PLEASE COLOUR YOUR CARDS WITH DIFFERENT COLOURS TO AVOID THIS FROM HAPPENING AGAIN
