Yesterday i went to the atm at Total garage Rand burg (Northriding) to withdraw money.
I inserted the card, pin number and the amount then my card returned but the cash did not come thru.
I phoned the call centre number for assistance then they told me they will return the money into my account within 24 hours.
Today when i phoned them, they told me that my query will be resolved in 15 working which i cannot wait for that long
I went to the branch and this lady helped me and i got my money within 2 minutes.
i would really like to thank her so much for her assistance, keep up the good work.
