Spent a considerable amount of time on Saturday at the Cresta store selecting sale items only to get to the till (after a very long wait I may add) only to see some times not automatically subtracting the 50 or 75% discount advertised on the rails. And then to get told by a very rude and obnoxious person called Penny that head office has given instruction that if an item does not automatically subtract the discount then it is not on special. So eventhough I selected a swimsuit from the 75% off rack where there was more than 1 of the same item, they were not interested, and this was just 1 item that didn't scan correctly. So I wasted my precious time even shopping in the first place. Thanks a lot. Suffice to say I didn't purchase those items and have lost all faith in your so called sales.
