I was contacted in November by a private banker from the branch saying I could update my account to titanium. She was going to book new cards for my cheque and credit accounts and contact me with the details. To date I have not had any calls. My credit card has expired. I have been to the branch and was told they were to busy to see me. I left my number last week and have not had anyone call me. I contacted the call centre to find out noone has even tried to order me a new card. The branch number just rings and the call centre cannot help me any further. This is rediculous. I have no access to my money. I cannot trust that clearwater can sort this out at all.
