On the 03 May 2013 Pop of R1 000 was faxed to Chammony who advised the payment will be allocated, my mom went to the East Rand Mall branch on the 02-07-2013 she was told the account is in arrears of R1515.00 and her credit bala is now R790.
I am so disgusted with the level of service we received from the Call Centre, the Supervisor whom I am still waiting for confirmation letter and apology letter I requested on the 03 May 2013.
My mom's new card was damaged and she was incorrectly advised she has to pay R25/R30 to have it replaced (How dum is that) anyway she was eventually given a new card after I complaint.
The East Rand Mall branch needs to train their enployees how to treat customer.
