On the 13th September I went to FNB East Rand Mall branch.

Applied for my Petrol card that i had before with FNB.

Shaunell assist me and said i had to supply her with 3 month bankstatment and my last 3 payslips and copy of my ID.

I did and on the 23 Sept I mailed her and she responded it is different department and I need to call them on 011 352 5234
I did and they said they tried phoning me on 16th September to confirm the limit but could not get hold of me.

I never received message or call and told the lady please ensure the card and application is done I still want the card.

She said it with capturing department and it take another 3 to 5 days just for capturing of the information.

on 27th I phoned again and the call centre said it was still with the capturing dept.

From 13th September to 27 September this is not acceptable.
