After 33 years of buying on account through Edgars and affiliates, our account was blocked for not FICA'ring on time? When we eventually got all docs together and submitted them we were informed it would be unblocked by latest Thursday (FICA'd) Saturday. When we went to check following Saturday - guess what? You guessed right, account still blocked. Staff at branch tried to phone Head Office, guess what? Guessed right again. They never even answered their phones (11:30am). I will never, ever, ever shop in an Edgar store again. I cut up the card and asked assistant to send it to the incompetents at their Head Office. Untrustworthy business service.
