Was at Sportscene, East London earlier today & wanted to buy Canyon earphones, to my surprise, the assistant did not have a code of the item on the system. I spent a whole hour waiting for her to call other branches, however, the exercise was futile, as I still ended up without the product. I'm a bit perplexed why the The Foschini Group would keep a product in their flagship store which can't be sold. As a client of TGF, I'm totally not impressed. I needed that product.
