I took my Fica doc's to [email protected]
in Nov 2012. Dec 2012 my account was blocked and [email protected]
found my Fica doc's and faxed it through to Head Office again. They unblocked my account and I bought stuff. When I wanted to buy in March, my account was blocked again and Centurion Mall Edgars contacted Head Office. The person (don't know his name) was unhelpful and put the phone down (according to the assistant he did that previously the day as well). Nobody helped us and my account is still blocked. I refuse to send my doc's through again and if somebody cannot assist me, I will close my account and open an account at another shop.
