Account blocked 2nd time after I did Fica

I did my account Fica in 2012. Received call from head office end last year to say I need to send declaration from husband for home address confirmation. As I have been preoccupied with sick grandchild at time of call completely forgot. Upon returning from Dec holiday had 2 letters in post to Fica within 30 days or account blocked. Send all documents to nmnisis2@edcon on 7th Jan 2014. Went to store mid Jan to do purchase and account was blocked. Snowey at customer services helped me and I sent document to branch. Said they could not read or open documents. Faxed it to branch and again they could not read. Went in last week Tuesday and handed in declaration to Snowey. Said she would send to head office next morning. Friday still blocked. Snowey not on duty. Control manager helped and faxed all documents to head office. She called head office with reference and block lifted. Purchased tablet on account. On 4th Feb I wanted to buy micro memory and account blocked again stating Fica not done. Spent half an hour at customer service and theycould not sort out over phone as were not put through on phone. I eventually left. Account holder since early 70's. Very upset.
