I purchased a Solar Dom and trimkit from Hirsch's in December for a March delivery (due to renovations). Since March I have been calling Hirsch's to get delivery. They had no stock (ie. they sold me a product they didn't have). They when were talking to LG and definately had a product on it's way - gave me shipping details etc. Promised to phone (never happened) then said actually they weren't getting any and LG was making them anymore. Escalated to Sean - again no returning of my calls. Then when I demand a refund I am told that I have not given him enough time to solve the problem! My first conversation with him was in the middle of May!!! Selling a product that you don't have is just unethical! Lying to cover your mistake is unforgivable. I will never set foot in Hirsch's again.
