We bought a bed from Rochester two months ago which was delivered with wrong size slates. We reported to the store the following day after delivery, they promised to send someone to bring the correct size. After 3 days (in the meantime we cannot use the bed as the slates fall in when you sleep on it) they sent someone to deliver the 'correct slates' which turned out to be wrong again. Long story short, Rochester has sent 3 different suppliers to measure the slate but the correct slates have not been supplied. We are sleeping on new bed that is being supported by books underneath! Today they phoned and said they will come and take the bed for repairs but made no mention of an alternative bed! Very disappointing. We actually thinking of cancelling the deal.
