We were having problems with an AEG dishwasher with very poor service from the AEG agents. After trying for 6 weeks to get a technician to initially diagnose the problem and then to get a part from Germany, we were very frustrated. After walking into the Hirsch's that we bought the dishwasher from, within 10 minutes Elvis Govender has seen us, listened to our problems we were having with the supplier and immediately organised a replacement machine. Incredible service and efficiency. Well done Hirsch's and Elvis.
