I have handed in my phone, that my sons is using on the 16/04/2013 knowing that it would definitely be fixed before his rugby tour to cape town the end of month. Exact phoned me today to collect my phone, but on collection i noticed that only 1 problem was fixed and not the rest.(on the form all problems was stipulated) Phoning MTN repair shop they (Gogo) said that the supervisor is not there and said they cant do nothing about this. After 10 minutes i phoned back from my cell and their excuse was that the supervisor was busy on a phone call.(from not being there to busy on a phone call).
I then said that i will wait for her to finish on her phone call. After about 11 minutes of waiting the call was suddenly disconnected and when i phoned back the repair centre was closed. This was done on purpose to waist my time until 5 pm when they knowing that they will be closing and that it would be impossible for me to get hold of them after 5pm.
This is absolutely ridiculous!!!
First of all, i made plans from my side to get the phone in for repairs in time for my sons rugby tour and, secondly that they just don't care about you and your plans and sadly they getting away with all of this.
