I am a very unhappy client of Daddy's deals. I am really dissapointed in the service I have received from Daddy's deals for a item I purchased in March! Yes, March! As per our contract, I requested a refund due to an inferior product I received. The item was in poor condition and damaged. I had 7 days, from date of reciept, in which to request a refund...which is what I did. I have sent several emails thereafter regarding this. I want to know where is my refund? When are you collecting the damaged goods?
I am sure, that the Customer Protection Act should protect me from things like this...?
