My mother bought a Packard Bell Laptop from Incredible connection, she experienced problems with the screen splitting into 6 separate views, she was sent by Incredible Connection to computer technicians. After months of backwards and forwards, the technicians finally said that they can't fix the problem permanently as it is an inherent problem with the computer model. I did some research on the internet and found out this is indeed the case [URL Removed], I then wrote to Acer who distribute the computers in SA and asked for help, hoping to get help with fixing the problem. After sending my request on the 7 March, I got a response to say that it was with management. I had to send 2 more emails to
find out when management would come back to me. Finally here is what I received, bearing in mind their computer is the one carrying the defective chip.

Since this issue is with the Nvidia card, I would recommend you contact
Nvidia.
