OVER A MONTH AGO MY DADS CELLPHONE WAS AND AS IT IS INSURED ON MY ACCOUNT I HAD TO SUBMIT A CLAIM. WE HAD TO GO IN STORE TWICE AS THE FIRST TIME WE WERE GIVEN INCORRECT INFORMATION. WE FINALLY SUBMITTED THE CLAIM AND THIS FRIDAY IT WILL BE A MONTH SINCE THEN. DURING THIS TIME I CALLED THE STORE THRICE A WEEK TO FOLLOW UP AS NO ONE HAD EVER CONTACT ME.I ALSO WENT IN STORE TO DO A FOLLOW UP AND WAS TOLD THAT SOMEONE WILL CONTACT ME THE NEXT DAY. TILL TODAY NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME. YESTERDAY THE CONSULTANT TOLD ME THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH EMAILS. DO WE NOT PAY ENOUGH MONEY SO THAT YOU ARE TECHNOLOGICALLY UPDATED? I WOULD HAVE NEVER TAKEN OUT INSURANCE IF I KNEW THE SERVICE WAS GOING TO BE THIS PATHETIC, I WOULD HAVE RATHER PUT THE MONEY AWAY EACH MONTH. REALLY DISSATISFIED WITH HOLLARD AND EDGARS!!!
