I purchased a Packard Bell Easynote LM85-JO-100SA laptop and recently I had to replace my hard drive which meant I needed to upload all my software. When I realised that I had misplaced my recovery discs, I then had to go to incredible connection for them to reload my windows 7 operating system because it was over a weekend and I could not wait to get ahold of a Packard Bell agent.
I was still however missing the full version of Adobe Photoshop elements which was pre-loaded on the machine when I bought it. Now everyone that I have spoken to over the last few months at your call centre does not seem to know what the heck I am talking about?
The responses that I got was that Incredible connection must have loaded it on. However if they did then why is there a sticker on my keyboard with the packard bell logo... with all the computer specs... all on the same sticker with the following: 'Adobe Photoshop Elements Full version'.
All I need it to by a recovery CD with this programme on it?
Kind regards
Melissa
