Bad aftersale service

We bought a computer in Dec 2011 Packard Bell at the Centurion branch of Incredible Connection in Dec 2012 the computer started giving us problems we then took it back to another branch which is closer to us which is Mall @ Reeds. When we went back in JAnaury after the holidays we were told what the diagnosis was and told we needed to pay R1000 for the power supply, which we paid. Since the up util today we haven't received the computer we are been send from pillar to post, we told the power supply is an incorrect power supply, in Feb we went to the store and ask for the communication of the service provider I.e Acer who is also unreliable, on Friday we were told to wait for 14 days our computer will be ready, I feel that Incredible connection doesn't care any more about us since we bought the product from them and when we experience any problem it's not their problem it becomes the third persons problem. Who knows that for the period the computer has been lying there what other parts are now missing, whether is it still in its original parts.
