My Packard Bell TS notebook, stopped accepting my startup password a few days before the 1 year warrantee was up. I got no response from Makro where I bought it, and could not get hold of Packard Bell's call centre. I e-mailed a request for help, explaining I could not get into the computer, and they eventually replied with the nonsense that I must do a backup. Never mind that I can't access the computer.
My further e-mail requests are ignored.
