Remarkably "Incredible" Customer Service

I don't always purchase components or accessories for my computer, because when I do, I usually purchase the absolute best possible equipment I can find. This might come as a shock to some, but I have only now replaced both my CRT Monitors with LED Displays. Wanting to make my purchase nearly a week ago at Incredible Connection, I ran into a bit of a problem with ABSA, and was not able to make the purchase. I'll not go into detail regarding this issue, except that the Incredible Connection staff offered to hold my purchase until I could resolve the problem with ABSA Bank.

I said to them that would not be necessary.

Today, I went back to Incredible Connection and tried again. And the LG monitors I originally wanted where still waiting for me. And the staff response was astounding. I do not believe I have ever encountered such excellent service. Anywhere! (I was fired from Dynax almost 3 years ago for offering similar service to their customers!).

If I had more space here to tell my story, I would. So instead I'll close with this: If ever you need help with your computer, or need an upgrade, then Incredible Connection is the ONLY place I'll ever recommend to anyone!
