I CALLED BOOK EXPRESS IN PARKTOWN TO ASK FOR ASSISTANCE WITH MY ACCOUNT, AND THE LADY THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE JUST TELLS ME TO HOLD AND IN THE MEAN WHILE I CAN HEAR HER HELPING OTHER PEOPLE WHILST I AM HOLDING ON THE PHONE FOR LIKE 30 MINUTES, IS IT NOT POLITE TO SAY, SORRY WE ARE BUSY CAN I TAKE YOUR DETAILS AND CALL YOU BACK, NEVERMIND THE FACT THAT I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH THEM FOR THE PAST 3 DAYS!!! AND STILL WHEN I FINALLY GET THROUGH I GET PATHETIC SERVICE!!! I SPEND 1000'S AT THE STORE EVERY SEMESTER AND NEVER AGAIN! WASTE OF TIME AND MY PHONEBILL!!!
