I called the Totalsports canal walk branch to find out if they had stock available. a lady by the name of Nadine If im not mistaken answers the phone and I advise I would to find out if they have stock of an item. she tells me to hold on, she comes back and says I need to hold as she is busy with a customer now, which I understood. However she kept me holding for more than 10 mins and never ever came back to. I could hear their entire conversation about what she is going to do now and pack stock as well as singing but never bothered to come back and assist. I called back to the same line and the phone is still engaged, which means I would have still been holding... pathetic!!!
