Last year sometime in February I ordered a Comforter Set from Homechoice. They delivered wrong stuff and then I returned the items, fortunately I had insured everything with the Post Office. I was then phoned by Homechoice telling me I owe them money and then I explained that I returned the items, they wanted proof... I faxed it to them... now they have now taken legal action against me. What I want to know, is it my fault that they did not receive their things which I have proof that I returned them back to them. I will not pay for something I did not use.
