I bought my wife a Samsung galaxy S4 on contract on 7 july 2013, the lady who helped us said we can return the phone within 7 days if it has any faults and they will replace it and if its over 7 days they will book it in for repairs. when we got home we found that the phone had a fault because if I receive a call I can hear the caller but the caller cant hear me, we can only communicate if its on speaker, the following day on 7 july I went back to he store and told them the problem and to my surprise they said they are going to book in the phone for repairs and I takes 7 days to get any respond, I called the call centre and they said they should give me a new phone but they refused as said that they have their own store rules. the phone was not even 24hrs old but they couldn't even give me a new phone, now my wife has to loose business for 7 days and probably also current clients because they wont get hold of her for 7 days.
