I fitted 4 new tires at Tiger Wheel and Tire Silveroaks. They first told me that the listed price on the tires included fitting and balancing, but later I found out they charged me extra for it.
After fitment came back and asked them to check the tire pressure and alignment as the car became unstable at highway speeds. They corrected the alignment, but never checked the tire pressure after I specifically asked them to.
The next day I almost lost control of the vehicle on the highway trying to avoid debris lying on the road. I took the car back to them directly and insisted that they check the tire pressures again. It turned out that they overinflated 3 of the tires at 2.6bar, and the right rear tire was 3.8bar! Way past the maximum permitted pressure!
It was dangerous negligence and could cost someone their life.
