Ridiculous service at Edgars

The Service at Edgars has really been downgraded. Today went to Table View branch and waited in a line for account payment for 1.5 hrs only to be informed at the till that the systems are down and that they cannot tell me balances or account information for payment. No announcements were made during my wasted wait and the abrupt and uncaring nature of Lusinda and her manager was appalling. I was rudely turned away to go to another store or to take out ample cash from atm for payment and then was advised to return to back of line again. I luckily had cash for payment but am unsure if I managed to make the correct payment due. I was rudely informed by Humbulani that I must in future utilize internet payments. Most disturbing part was that the names of the assistants were being withheld from me and I had to repeatedly insist on it before leaving. Please arrange for some humane communication training for your staff. Same sentiments for your Canal Walk store who have such obvious internal politic problems that it is uncomfortable to be there. Also same issue with 1 or 2 tellers out of potential 6 that are utilized resulting in long slow moving lines.
