I have several complaints about Rola Motors in Somerset west but the last one is an ongoing complaint.
I have been trying to get My Mercedes Benz ML 320 's wheel alignment fixed for months now. At first I thought it could be the tires and I then fitted 4 new tires to the value of R9900. It was clear that it was the alignment. The vehicle has now been send back numerous times and the alignment is still not fixed.
Rola MOtors have been unable to service and fix this problem for such a long time that all 4 of the new tires started to ware down on the inside of the tire. This is after only 10000km. I am forced do drive like this as they just cannot fix the problem and stand a chance to lose these 4 new tires in a very short tire life period.
PLEASE HELP!
