Took a computer and printer October 2012 > Printer needed repairs - Computer a Packard Bell with touch screen was still under warrenty- did not display. Fully expected them to repair computer, was promised that will be done in max 2 weeks. After 2 weeks was told that they needed to reload the operating system and I had to pay R850 immediatly! - did that! By end November after many-many-many calls (because I was without a computer) They informed me that the vehicle that was transporting my comp. was high-jacked! Promised to replace my comp in a week or so, just waiting for the insurance claim. They did offer a loan unit - which I took for leverage - BOY! did I need that! on the 25th JANUARY 2013 I was told that I could come and collect computer AND printer - after nearly 3 months! To my horror they placed a second hand and used old computer - dusty and old looking on the counter and expected me to be happy about it! needless to say I refused - but they still had the gall to call me and tell me that if I did not bring back their loan unit I will be in BIG trouble, and I better do that fast! I will not put a foot in that shop again - I will drive past them
