I decided to go and buy a computer and printer from Incredible connection because although I knew I would be paying a premium, I thought I would be paying for support.
I spent the whole of yesterday trying to set up my printer that I bought, and was not informed that this brand of printer had such bad service, as if I had known I would have opted for another brand.
The fact that our printer isn't working effectively is disrupting our business flow.
In future I will buy from more inexpensive outlets such as Matrix since the support in both instances would be negligable.
