During February 2010 Francois came to our offices and offered the TaskAlfa printer to us, as a solution to our printing problems. I explained, in very clear details, what exactly we need. We bought the printer from them. Immediately our problems started. So bad that I emailed a note to him during May 2010 stating that the printer is still not working and really NOT living up to his promises. (I've had to buy a new computer and new software on their suggestions.) It went on and on and not once did Francois come back to us with a proper solution! His tech has been trying to solve the now so well-known problem (2010 to date) since January 2013. His latest offer was that their own IT man must format my computer, as that is the only thing he hasn't tried. The IT man took my computer last Friday, formatted and re-installed it; brought it back on Wednesday - SAME PROBLEM from my formatted computer, the other office computer AND the IT man's computer!! The IT man phoned Francois and told him that the printer IS faulty; I wrote to Francois, asking him what now and have not heard a word from him till now!!! I have begged, threatened and begged - what now?!
