I was at Woolworth Riversquare ThreeRivers on 21/01/2014 @ about 15:55 waiting at the till to pay for my goods when this RUDE white lady with dark hair went off on a co-worker a white guy that was busy on the phone clearly busy trying to sort out a customer query. I asked one of the till ladies the name of the lady and they only give me the name Alida. For a manager and a lady of her age I expected a bit more tact in handling the situation. The poor guy was totally embarrassed by the whole incident and I felt so sorry for him to go through this humiliation. WHAT IS GOING ON IN THAT STORE, where is the General Manager, why cant internal issues be sorted out in private. SHOCKING!
