On sunday, the 13th of january, around 13h30 I witnessed an incidance which left me shocked.
As I was paying for my merchandis at the Express tills. I witnessed an elderly lady bieng turned away from the till by a lady at the tills., The elderly lady was using a basket trolly and had less than 10 items, even though they were big in sizes. There was no one behind the lady and it was not busy at the store at time. After turning the elderly lady away, the "till lady" with a big bum and a hair style which had a blend of red on it just sat there and put her head on her hand. I was shocked. She turned the lady away so that she could sit and do nothing. The store was not busy at that time and there was no customer behind that lady.
I purchase at that store all the time and I feel I'll be next to expirience such bad service.
