I never felt so humiliated like this before, I went to spar to to buy some groceries, on my way out I decided to buy some medication at the counter, and I was a second person in the queue. The lady at the counter Phelo was still busy with other customer after she finished she moved to the other till. I followed her to that till and I was the third person on the queue. When if was my turned to buy I ask her why she left me hanging in that till, she laugh an replied in isiXhosa, "kanti why wena mowukhamisile" I was so shocked not only me and the other people who were on the queue. I asked to speak to the Manager she said they do not have a manager again she ask the same question "why were you standing ther with my month wide open'. I insisted asking for a manager another lady Agnes come approach the counter she ask what I want, I told I have a complain, can I see the manager she fist said she is the manager, then she changed her mind sorry bhuti the manager died and the all laughed. I was so furious that I left the store without even buying the medication, Spar employees at Spruitview branch they really treat people like dogs, I do not thing the know the customer service please HELP
